Jess and John are the husband-and-wife team behind Wildfire Cuisine.
Their story began in 2015 at a small restaurant, Fuel Cafe, in the heart of RiNo, where they first met and shared a love for good food, hospitality, and bringing people together.
Today, they bring that same energy to weddings and events in the Denver area through wood-fired cooking, thoughtful service, and fresh, flavorful menus made to feel personal, warm, and memorable.
