Our menu is fully à la carte, so every quote is built around your specific event, guest count, menu selections, and service needs. For reference, most clients typically invest between $60–$100 per person all in. If you have a budget in mind, we’re happy to help create a plan that fits.

We generally travel up to 100 miles from our home base in Lakewood, Colorado. If your venue is a little farther away, reach out anyway — we do make exceptions. Travel is typically $3 per mile roundtrip to cover transportation for our team and equipment.

Because we bring our wood-fired oven on-site, the venue must have an accessible outdoor area with a paved or gravel surface. Our trailer is roughly 12 feet long by 8 feet wide, and our towing van is roughly 19 feet long by 8 feet wide. We’ll also need access to one standard power outlet within 90 feet of our setup.
-
Most likely, yes! We’ve catered over 100 events throughout Colorado and can serve just about anywhere, from driveways to mountain venues.
If we’re not already on your venue’s preferred vendor list, check with the venue. We offer full-service catering, and there’s still a good chance we’ll be able to cater your event.

Yes. We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian options and can accommodate many dietary needs.
For guests with food allergies, we can make a personal pizza to help avoid cross-contamination. However, because of our style of service, we are unable to maintain a 100% gluten-free environment.
-
Kids love our pizza! We recommend including all children over the age of 3 in your final guest count. We also bring ingredients to make simple cheese pizzas for kids, so there’s something easy and familiar for everyone to enjoy.
-
Our menu is designed to be served buffet-style so guests can try a little bit of everything. For an interactive experience, we can set up the buffet outside near the wood-fired oven so guests get dinner and a show.
For outdoor buffets, we provide portable tables. If there is rain or high wind in the forecast, we’ll set up the buffet indoors and always have a backup plan in place.
For indoor buffet service, we recommend providing 10–12 feet of table space with matching linens for a seamless setup. Couples are also welcome to add florals or décor to the buffet area to match the event design.
